I’ve been meaning to write about our wonderful experience using Patti Singer as our realtor. She’s hands down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with (this is our third home purchase and we’ve sold two homes before this in a variety of markets - slow and competitive.) In summary, my husband and I would recommend Patti in a heartbeat to anyone looking for an extremely smart, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, “go- getter type” real estate pro. We used her to buy a single family property, but I’m sure she’d do equally well as a seller’s agent. In short, she helped us get into and close quickly on a property that has ended up being our dream property/home that we absolutely love. This was all done over the winter/Christmas holiday season during an unusually cold spell. The longer story is: my family and I were new to Montana, and yet I’m a true researcher who didn’t need help locating properties on the MLS as much as helping us understand the pros/cons of various properties and areas of the Flathead Valley as we were open to all of Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, Whitefish and even adjacent areas. We also wanted some very specific and particular features on the land but were open to houses needing cosmetic changes.  Patti helped us find houses that met our criteria, but also was great at helping us assess various houses for our needs. When it came time to make an offer, she was fast and “on-it” - helping us navigate the process in a competitive market. She also truly shined through the whole contract/ inspection/ closing process. She helped us find an inspector and other pros at lightning speed, managing endless details. And ultimately she helped us move through some tricky situations and ensured that we’d be able to work with our seller and seller’s agent to come up with fair solutions for all parties. She also knows about mortgages and financing and was a good sounding board on that front too.
